We work with trusted fulfillment partners in New Zealand, Australia, and the United States. Your order will ship from the location closest to you whenever possible to reduce shipping time and our carbon footprint.
For customers in New Zealand and Australia, most orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days after processing. For orders shipped from the United States, please allow 10–30 business days, depending on your location. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
