Because we’re a small, growing brand, we currently operate under a limited return and refund policy. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or general dissatisfaction at this stage.
We only accept returns or issue store credit in the following cases:

The item you received is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your order meets these criteria, please contact us using our contact form on our website with:

A clear photo of the item and the issue

A short description of what went wrong
We’ll review your request and respond promptly with instructions on how to return or replace your item.
Return Process
Once your return is approved:

You’ll receive an email with return shipping instructions.

Please return the item in its original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue either:

A store credit equal to the value of your original purchase, or

A replacement item, if available.

We’ll cover the return shipping costs if the error or damage was our fault.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery using our contact form on our website with photos of the issue. A member of our team with reach out to you within 1-3 business days via email. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or store credit.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
