We work with trusted fulfillment partners across New Zealand, Australia, and the United States to deliver your order as efficiently as possible.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and shipping details.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • During peak times or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Costs

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website or announced via our newsletter and social media channels.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.
If your tracking link isn’t updating after a few days, please contact us using our contact us form on our website, and we’ll look into it.


Delays, Lost, or Missing Packages

We do our best to ensure every order arrives safely and on time.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check:

  1. Your shipping confirmation email for tracking details.

  2. Local postal services or customs offices (for international orders).

If your order still hasn’t arrived after 3 days beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us using the contact us form on our website and we’ll investigate.
